The 16 teams who have proven to be the best performing "managers" in their category and zone will be chosen as the International Finalists.

The best 48 students from around the world will be invited to the Ultimate Challenge, on the 18th of April 2007 at the L'Oréal headquarters in Paris.

What will await them during three days is a taste of how dynamic the business environment can be; intense preparation, the adrenaline of a sales pitch, interviews with journalists, photo shoots, Paris sightseeing and the possibility of being recruited for a dream job.

During the morning of the International Finals, each team will present and defend their business plan in front of a prestigious jury of executives, CEOs, and directors of L‘Oréal and the business world.

The competition will conclude at the stunning Awards Ceremony inside the Eiffel Tower where the winners will be announced and will walk away with 10 000€ for a trip to the destination of their choice.
